When I was 18, I thought I would be a millionaire by 26.
But I never thought I’d be burnt out and on a career break.
Life has surprises for everyone and this is one I did not see coming.
A three-month break later, I am back to the world with more clarity, awareness and appreciation for the present.
One morning, I woke up and decided to convert it into an 8-part series, so that anyone going through burnout can read it and learn to navigate it better.
However, it took me nearly two months, from that very morning, to write the first words of this series. LOL
So here I am, finally with the intro post of my 8-part series.
What is burnout, and what are the biological reasons behind it?
What are the different stages of burnout?
Why did I get burnt out to start with?
Did our parents also get burnout, or have we just become too soft as a generation?
How to prevent & manage burnout in a world that wants every piece of your attention?
What did I do when I knew I was burned out?
How did I heal to get my creativity & joy for life back again?
What am I doing to live a life where I don't get burnt out again?
If you think a friend/family member/colleague might benefit from this, share it with them.
If you think you are burnt out or are on the verge of burning out, please subscribe to this series here.
